HaydensRoom.com Rules

Rule 1 — You Must Be 18 or Older

• You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use HaydensRoom.com.
• There are no exceptions to the 18+ requirement.
• Permission from a parent or guardian does not allow someone under 18 to use HaydensRoom.com.
• Accounts reasonably determined to belong to someone under 18 may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
• Do not knowingly help anyone under 18 access HaydensRoom.com.

Rule 2 — Age Verification Is Required When Requested

• HaydensRoom.com may use reasonable age-assurance or age-verification measures.
• Information provided for age verification must be accurate and truthful.
• Do not use another person's information to satisfy an age-verification requirement.
• Do not attempt to bypass, manipulate, defeat, or circumvent age-verification systems.
• Access may be restricted when required age verification cannot be successfully completed.

Rule 3 — Respect Consent and Boundaries

• Respect another user's decision to decline an interaction.
• If another user asks you to stop contacting them, stop.
• Do not pressure, threaten, manipulate, intimidate, blackmail, or coerce another user.
• Do not repeatedly contact someone who has clearly asked you to leave them alone.
• Previous conversations do not give you unlimited permission to continue contacting another person.

Rule 4 — No Bullying or Harassment

• Do not bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, humiliate, or repeatedly target another user.
• Do not organize or encourage other users to harass someone.
• Do not retaliate against someone because they blocked you, rejected contact, or reported your account.
• Do not use multiple accounts to continue unwanted contact.

Rule 5 — Protect Everyone's Privacy

• Do not publish another person's private identifying information.
• Do not share home addresses, passwords, financial information, private phone numbers, identification numbers, or other sensitive information belonging to another person.
• Do not threaten to expose another person's private information.
• Do not distribute another user's private photographs, recordings, messages, or other private material without appropriate permission.
• Never use private information to threaten, blackmail, extort, stalk, intimidate, or harm another user.

Rule 6 — Protect Your Account

• Keep your HaydensRoom.com password private.
• Do not knowingly allow another person to use your account.
• Do not sell, trade, or transfer accounts.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account without authorization.

Rule 7 — Zero Tolerance for Exploitation of Minors

HaydensRoom.com prohibits abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualization involving anyone under 18.

• Do not use HaydensRoom.com to contact, groom, solicit, exploit, or target minors.
• Do not request, distribute, promote, or facilitate exploitative material involving minors.
• Do not direct minors to HaydensRoom.com or help them circumvent the site's 18+ access restrictions.
• Suspected exploitation involving minors may result in immediate account termination and may be handled according to applicable legal and reporting obligations.

Rule 8 — No Exploitation, Coercion, or Extortion

• Do not exploit another person through threats, intimidation, manipulation, deception, or coercion.
• Do not threaten another person to obtain money, property, information, or other benefits.
• Do not use private communications or material for blackmail or extortion.
• HaydensRoom.com may not be used to facilitate human trafficking or other forms of forced or exploitative conduct.

Rule 9 — No Hate Speech

Do not attack, threaten, harass, or demean people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.

Rule 10 — No Impersonation, Fraud, or Scams

• Do not impersonate another user, moderator, administrator, public figure, organization, or HaydensRoom.com staff member.
• Do not scam or deceive another user for money, property, passwords, accounts, or private information.
• Do not distribute phishing pages or fraudulent login links.
• Do not create misleading accounts for the purpose of manipulating, exploiting, or defrauding another user.

Rule 11 — No Spam, Flooding, or Disruption

• Do not flood chat rooms with repetitive messages.
• Do not repeatedly post advertisements, scams, or unwanted links.
• Do not intentionally disrupt conversations or chat rooms.
• Do not use bots, scripts, or automated accounts to disrupt HaydensRoom.com or abuse its features.

Rule 12 — No Unauthorized Access or Security Abuse

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or HaydensRoom.com systems.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, account restrictions, moderation systems, or security protections.
• Do not distribute malware, malicious files, or phishing links.
• Do not intentionally damage, overload, exploit, probe, disrupt, or interfere with HaydensRoom.com systems or services.

Rule 13 — No Ban or Moderation Evasion

• Do not create another account to avoid a restriction, suspension, or permanent ban.
• Do not use another person's account to evade enforcement.
• Do not disguise prohibited content in an attempt to bypass moderation systems.
• Do not knowingly submit false or malicious reports against another user.

Rule 14 — Public and Private Chats Are Covered

These rules apply throughout HaydensRoom.com, including public chat rooms, private messages, profiles, usernames, uploaded content, and other member features.

Private messages are still subject to HaydensRoom.com rules. Reported communications may be reviewed when reasonably necessary to investigate alleged violations, consistent with site policies and applicable requirements.

Rule 15 — Follow Moderator Instructions

• Follow reasonable instructions from authorized HaydensRoom.com moderators and administrators.
• Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, or deliberately interfere with moderators performing their duties.
• If you disagree with a moderation decision, use the appropriate reporting or appeal process rather than retaliating.

Rule 16 — Report Serious Rule Violations

Use the reporting features provided by HaydensRoom.com or contact an authorized moderator or administrator when you encounter suspected harassment, exploitation, underage access, fraud, threats, privacy violations, or other serious misconduct.

Rule 17 — Enforcement

HaydensRoom.com may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect users and the service.

Enforcement may include:

• Warnings
• Removal of prohibited content
• Temporary chat restrictions
• Temporary account suspension
• Additional age verification
• Permanent account termination
• Measures against ban-evasion accounts
• Other reasonable safety and security measures

Serious violations, suspected underage access, exploitation, credible threats, fraud, or repeated violations may result in immediate restriction or termination.
